Keep steady for around 4 miles until Fort Washington Road comes into sight. Here, make a right turn. Keep going, and you'll find the park waiting for you at the end of this road.
Starting Your Journey from Waldorf, MD
If you happen to be in Waldorf, Maryland, the journey to Fort Washington Park is just as straightforward. Start on MD228 and progress to Indian Head Highway/MD210 North. Turn left once you reach Old Fort Road. Continue along this road until you reach a stop sign. Here, turn left onto Fort Washington Road. Continue on this road and it will lead you straight to the park entrance.
