Entrance Fees
You need a ticket to visit the lower level Lincoln Memorial museum and undercroft. You may reserve tickets up to 30 days in advance via recreation.gov. New advance tickets available at 11 a.m. daily. Maximum 6 tickets per person.
Same day tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. There is no fee for same day tickets. Persons age 16+ may get up to 6 tickets.
Operating Hours
The Lincoln Memorial is open to the public daily. Restrooms, museums and elevators close in the evenings.

Getting There
From the Foggy Bottom-GWU Metro Station, go south on 23rd St NW until you reach the Lincoln Memorial. From the Smithsonian Metro Station, go along the National Mall past the Washington Monument and the World War II Memorial until you reach the Lincoln Memorial. The Lincoln Memorial is on the opposite side of the National Mall as the U.S. Capitol Building.
